Connection i can find is the ex CFO of PYBX is the current CFO for EVXA, EX CEO of EVXA was the CEO of PYBX as well fro a short time.
Looks like the only current connection is the CFO and he would know the numbers, I traded PYBX when they announced the deal, but stopped trading it after a call with ricardo indicating they were having a dispute over SS and had been released from PYBX, indicating they were looking for a different co. to work with.
Makes sense to me now as EVXA has announced no more R/S and reduction of SS, along with SS complete restructuring, IMO just for this deal and prob been in the works for some time threw the CFO? just a guess but connects the dots.
