IMO - Spencer failed to give way to the attempts of unethical market forces who wanted to kidnap the technology.

It takes a lot of cojones to stand up to gangsters with huge resources and a track record of fraud.

P.S. This is a conclusion arrived at INDEPENDENTLY after brief DD in this stock. It is being confirmed daily.
