YOU may be right since we have seen this stock go down substantially,but you have to note that this stock has only on day volumevof more than 10 mio shares that where it went down to nuts,now such things only happens when there is a rift in the insiders with clash if interests and some one who wants to leave sells at best rate in the market.

After that this stock had not had much volume nor any news or PR that leaves doubt for lotvof speculation,I have seen when I bid above 0.0028 either etmm or UBSS comes above my bid that means there is something grooming in this and the MMs might have instructions to grab shares below certain price,now from current this has gone to limited status the moment this reorganizes and a PR comes out with a low float this might be past .05 in just one session,mind it flagstar has a 5 mio line of credit to this and they will ensure safety of their funds

In any case in such stocks risk to reward ratio are too high,I am holding and accumulating at the levels of 0.004
