The problem is when you look at the company that is engulfed in a game of cat and mouse childess litigious games. It really puts a perspective on what you may or may not be investing in. It opened up the company so people can see just how small they are and just how far they probably are away from any real goal. If the people of this board can see what we are really dealing with - do you think anyone else really wants to "deal with" either - I am really doubting it.
Lets get movin, 1308 (reported shareholders for 2010, exact same # as 2009. Why not donate 191 a piece (250k) to see if Martin Spencer can actually do something he says he can do??
I've got alot more than 191 bucks into this pitiful stock.
Spencer can get off the message boards and on the phone and start looking for funding again.
Wallace will end his litigation if all is settled. Not sure what else he won't do, because I don't know what he is doing other than the lawsuits and judgments. One thing is clear, if it's not settled, Wallace will continue and expand his litigative efforts. IMO
