It doesn't matter that the William Yuan lawsuit was filed after the end of Q2 (6/30/11). Although the financials only report data to the end of the Q, the disclosure statements are supposed to be accurate as of the date of filing -- not just the end of the quarter being reported.
Most of the answers to required disclosure statements say "none for the period ending June 30, 2011 and through the date of this report." However, the "legal proceedings" disclosure at the bottom of page 24 does not state that it is through the date of the report as it should.
See pages 25 and 26 of the disclosure document to see where the answers include being to the date of the report.
Additionally, the lawsuit against MediaG3, Inc. by Adam Friedman Associates LLC which was filed on July 14, 2010 has never been disclosed in any of the financial reports and disclosure statements.
Val Westergard has consistently failed to disclose legal proceedings regarding MediaG3.
