thnx jhuff. some highlights from the filing:

the subsidiary companies year end is june 30th. they will be moving to a dec 30th fiscal year end, the same as SYSOREX GLOBAL

they intend on becoming fully reporting

SYSOREX Arabia has a contract under review for MODA C41, they are competing for it and it is to be awarded in september
