Management Olga Smolnikova She was educated as an accountant at the Institute of Management and Economy of St.-Petersburg. For 11 years she was in charge of accounting with various gold mining companies in the Far East Federal District. She is a qualified expert in cost accounting, budgeting and analysing mining projects for superior returns.
Aleksandr Kovalenko He graduated from Moscow’s Mining Institute, the all-Union Scientific Research Institute of Minerals and the Polytechnical Institute in Irkutsk. He has over 30 years experience in gold mining in the mineral rich Magadan and Chukotka region. He held the position of chief engineer in the Krasnoarmeysky gold mine. He was also recognized as the best mining engineer by the Association of Enterprises. As a general director, he formed the Onyx gold mine as well as the Yason mine in the Magadan region. He was then awarded the Honour Badge and held this title for five years in virtue of his development work in the mining industry. His experience afforded him excellent knowledge of mining especially in open mountains.
Normand Terroux He had graduated as an attorney and practiced in the corporate field. He did extensive work with an iron ore mine in the National Capital in Canada. His expertise includes all legal and corporate work required in the development and expansion of mining operations. He now retired from his law practice to dedicate his efforts on behalf of the Company.
