The management team doesn't control 50.1% or more of the voting shares, so they need shareholder approval to spinout Niostar and sell 25%-35% of it to HKHE per the last PR.
I am assuming they didn't require the same for ST, assuming they still plan to spin that to because it's going 100% to the present shareholders and ST may not be a material asset. Perhaps ST will be discussed in the circular?
If you believe in the SRSR story you will likely find the circular reinforces that belief. You'll learn who the major shareholders are as well as details on all the financial arrangements.
They only big news would be if the particular financiers of HKHE are named and hey are big enough names to attract new investors.
I don't expect the circular to have any significant price impact unless the financiers are big names. There is NO buy interest in SRSR shares and don't expect the circular to change that.
The potential is here but it will remain a while for it to be realized in the share price.
