Ken , haven't talked in awhile but a am fairly convinced things are going well for you and the others posting here. I have been DDing APII for about 6 weeks. I think its a stock I can post here with confidence that those reading the DD , will if they take a position will be nicely rewarded both in the near term of if they just want to grab some and look back in a year...sea info below
My interest in APII(merging with VizzEco, hereafter referred to as V for simplicity)began rather insignificantly much like many other stocks I take a look at. All this, once realizing what impressive background they had, starting me looking much harder at the probability APII is reinventing itself. This certainly , after further in depth DD, is a conclusion I have reached and think is worth sharing.
The News that turned this story from one of interest to HUGE IMO came with the release of the following news. Its highlight is that APII is merging with V. V is headed by a true visionary Andrew Greig. V in a nutshell , according to Co-founder and CEO Andrew Greig is the ONLY reseller of Google apps without geographical liimits. The upside gets toward nosebleed territory when Google announces Google + a couple months ago and its alarming success which will be followed by Google+ for business expected to follow in Q4 2011. I won't go into much detail or expand in print the actuall pr's links and comments from the CEO of APII or V regarding this matter as I will simply be posting links to some information should anyone want to peruse or persue doing more DD on the mearging companies.
before posting a string of links mostly focused on information supplied by the CEO of V regarding its business and his vision which together should make for a tremendous investment for many already in APII and possibly for anyone who might care to take a position in what I like to refer to is Pre- IPO V. I say that because from all I can gleam from reading and talking to both CEO's the future of APII is all about V as the core business and additions to ApII or V before this merger closes is simply to expand on the footprint of APPI/V and strengthen its cutting edge technology.
Finally I'll post in longhand an upcoming event in NY where APII is a presentor. I am confidnet Mark Jaffe with be the presentor. You might note on his addition to the company his resume includes current CEO of the Greater NYC Chamber of commerce.

DPDW has hit a cycle low... check the chart... accumulation is massive down here... Almost profitable again... last time it reached profitability, it ran to $2.00 per share...
