Obviously, you haven't been following the thread here.
If you had, you would know that I've said all along that I believe the Dimyat is dead. In fact, I've made it clear that I never thought the deal was meant to be completed.
What I and a few others were asking is, when will the company clarify it's status, now that the funding deadline has passed. Maybe you weren't posting when that was discussed.
What is being debated now is whether the deal is dead or not or if the terms have been changed and/or the funding deadline has been extended.
Some have stated that it was made clear in a filing. Yet I'm not able to find the filing where it states this and so far, the filing has not been brought forth.
Do you need any further clarification?
