ill always remember the way the merger was announced, wasnt completed, and then he learned the second time around and put out the s8k after hours friday when we were expecting the news to come Monday.

he learns. hes available. and we have a better idea of both (a) why his tongue was tied for a bit regarding PSPW and directors and (b) where a new financing deal could come from.

heres hoping the new BODs align well with Toby and the other personalities who are already a part of PSPW.
