Perhaps, yet I would not bank my 2 mil shares on it.
I think us faithful shareholders will have to wait for a ticker name change, after which we will see real progress.
Once SURG is the Big Daddy, the traders will be running for cover.
Yet there won't be any. Burn 'em, with no remorse.
