I saw that same information. I contacted her personally, because I have yet (even now) to receive my dividend, and she gave me an update. The shares have been purchased back through definitive agreements, however, the stock broker/distributor she is using sucks (my language). They are trying to work out the kinks, but its taking time.

That doesn't mean there is no buy back! The shares haven't been retired yet.

Shares bought back are not changing any SS at all.

Only once they bought back all the shares they targeted for, will eMax do another SS filing with modifications.

Don't try to find this in an OTC SS count!

Sept 12 share structure update PROVES the common to preferred BS hasn't happened! No shares have been converted to Preferred as the CEO told us again and again! Is anyone surprised? THIS IS EMAX!
