austin01: I don't think that verification amounts to a hill of beans. We don't care, IMO, if a third party verifies anything. We know it works, and we have given a prototype to potential customers. If these potential customers test it and like it, I seriously doubt that you will hear anything about it being "verified". If they like it, they will buy it. Of course, they can't buy it until we make it, and we can't make it without money. We gotta have money, and in order to go into ASIC production, we will need a fair amount.

I personally would like to see some type of development partnership emerge. Maybe the "world leader" supplier will be willing to fund ASIC production in exchange for a price discount. Not too likely, though, since very few telco suppliers have very much in the way of venture capital. Realistically, the only financing options I see ahead would involve further dilution. That is why I am very disappointed by the lack of share price movement since the announcement. Raising $20,000,000 now would involve significant dilution, whereas raising the same amount if the share price was, say, $4 or so (where I though it would be by now) would have involved 8 times less dilution. It is very frustrating knowing that the huge appreciation potential of this stock could be stripped away by the huge dilution that may be necessary to bring a product to market. I'm not trying to be pessimistic, just realistic. The money to got forward has gotta come from somewhere. Nobody, it seems, is knocking the door down to give it to us, and I believe that any millions that might come from the movie is a complete pipe dream. Ketch said we had offers over a month ago for the movie. If the offers were anywhere close to acceptable, I am sure that they would have been accepted immediately. The big guys are not taking salary, and they can't afford to produce enough prototypes for the potential customers out there. They need cash now. The fact that none of the movie offers have been accepted tells me that they are very poor offers. If, after all this time, all we get is low-ball offers for the movie, that tells me that the movie will never make any real money.
