Danielle indicated that Capital Transfer Agency,Inc. has a list of shareholders and their mailing address as it appears on the account/accounts that hold the shares they have purchased.
If you requested the delivery of the share certificates and hold them youself, then the Directors Circular packet will be delivered to the mailing address that you provided to the Street Brokerage firm/Transfer Agent requesting delivery of the share certificate.
Shares held in the steet side brokerage firm that you purchased your shares from, have provided your name and address to Capital Transfer Agency, Inc. Capital Transfer Agency has provided this list of shareholders of Record to Broadridge, who will in turn mail you the Directors Circular as required.
That is the best information I was able to obtain from the transfer agency.
