Very well put, the last deal Renfro tried to make for the the acquisition of Renfro Energy LLC was 700,000.00, and for CPSBL I believe he needed somewhere around 2-3 mill to rework/update the property. FXPT needs to come up with that money plus they have a debt security (debanture) of at least 1 Mill due the end of Oct 2011.

So not only are they in debt 23.7 mill with no income, they need to come up with 4-5 million dollars here in the near future, either by finance or dilution, wonder which route they'll choose??
