stanu, re: PYOL - the old owners were just that, old. They were retired and are now liquid in their old age. I see the transaction as a strong positive for the company. One doesn't plop down ~$3.5MM on a whim; the new investor must have strong hopes for the future.

Stanu78,
I'm sorry for not monitoring this board more closely. I just saw someone put a PYOL board out in ihub so at least we can consolidate our thoughts there.

I did speak to John Alexander, but he is very cautious about what he says, and as I've been in IR as well once, we both know what we can and can't talk about, so I don't have any "inside" scoop about what this guys plans are or anything of that nature. He is very positive about this, and about the company's future. As they disclosed in the last Q, they are positive about that well that they just drilled, and they plan on more in that same area.

Here's what I see. As I work in at a trust company, a large block of stock that is controlled is usually DISCOUNTED to the market because it is very difficult to sell. Sometimes those discounts are substantial. Thus, I think the Hathaways and the new buyer got a great deal. How's that? The Hathaway's got liquidity that they would never have gotten in the market, and the new owner can shape this company to be worth much more than under the past management. Everyone wins.

As this guy bought in at $2.5, he won't be able to sell unless he sells the company or does a reverse merger or something like that. One guy, one decision. The stock was held by 4 people before, any one of them could have run to the exit... though looking at the 13d, they made their decision as a group, but I'm sure that the market was concerned about that stock coming on to the market.

This is all very positive for a company with smallest market cap in this great of financial shape. What the plans are from here, we'll just have to see. I would not think that we would go years without any news like we have in the past, so anything was better than watching the ink dry on my certificates for this long!!!

My last 13d showed a sale of stock because I was concerned about my job prospects. I do have a new and better job, so that is no longer an issue thankfully.
