Of course Joe, it has been already discussed on this board that Emax is INDEED listed in the pump and dump articles on that website, aside from the notices section of the webpage, contrary to what you claim in your post.
If you can't find the article by tomorrow, let me know and I will show you where it is there. Shouldn't be difficult, you should be able to find it on your own, it's right there.
