I Don't understand the problem Ive been buying a few here and there since the R/S Split! I use ING Shareholder, Go CVSLD/CVSL, Tut!!!

I have called Scottrade. They said they have no control over the matter. They said the company has placed an order to hold our shares and will put the new shares in my account as soon as they receive them from cvsl. They recommended calling the company.
