Emily that is spelled wrong it's douchebag.... uhh no I said treat this as another pinksheet pump & dump. That is by a pinksheet CEO which to the educated eye is ever so slightly discernable from a "criminal" as you put it.
Admittedly I may need to return to investor school in this case as I don't expect any explanation either, just another blur of useless information. Pinksheet CEO's can (and do) say anything to get anyone to buy there shares. This CEO has and will again say anything to get you to load up whilst he dilutes. I won't be sorry to see the CEO go (planning a party) but admittedly it's a waste to see the entire company taken down with him. That's what's criminal IMO.
