I disagree and provided examples.

Also, the statement "It just so happens that ADR's are traded in the OTC "Other" category since they do not file with the US SEC" is incorrect. Many ADRs do file with the SEC including sponsored level 2 and level 3 ADRs and they trade on higher exchanges such as NYSE or NASDAQ. ADRs that choose to trade on the pinks do so intentionally.
