Proxy Voting . . .

The voting will conclude at the shareholders meeting.
Immediately following the meeting CAVR will start the process of taking CVE public, with plans to register the new co. on one of the listed exchanges. A share price & stock symbol will be established.
Next they have to get Market Makers.

Once the share price is established & the assets are confirmed, then the mkt the new shares will be listed on will be determined.

I have no idea how long this process will take before you see the new shares electronically deposited in your account.
On my UBRG dividend it took more than 10 days to appear in my Vanguard account.

Perhaps some other board members can give a better explanation.
Many of the posters are very knowledgeable.
Good luck & hang on . . this is a good one.

Sept 16th is the meeting. Vote count is then. Some people voting at meeting. Restricted Shares (if spinoff approved by vote) will show up possibly as soon as late Monday or Tues the next week the 19th or 20th. Tweety was talking about Vanguard and a dividend, not restricted shares.

The latest paper copy of proxy material you received in the mail was to give you the CONTROL NUMBER to listen in on the conference call. The CONTROL NUMBER is located just above your name/address on voting items sheet, in the box with an arrow pointing to it.

If you mailed it back in, you should still have your electronic copy from Aug 8-11, from your trade house. Your control number was listed there.
