I am so sorry you took exception to my syntax. I will recompose my questions and elaborate:

Do you think that we will have funded JV by 9/20/11?

If we don't, do you think the company has been straightforward and honest with stockholders about issues and problems we've encountered during the last 10 months?

Do you think it is reasonable to believe that a supposedly world class deposit of various valuable minerals would only entertain the attention of one prospective investor (and one who does not seem to be actually serious)?

If the JV isn't funded by the drop dead date, do you think JJ will grant the same party yet another extension?

Finally, if we do not ever come to fruition with whomever this potential partner is/was, do you at least concede the possibility this thing has been a sham?

(I will retract my question, meant in jest, about JJ's calculations of days in a leap year) ;-)
