Yeah, having to go to pinksheets.com or get Alpha trade software for quotes is more work...but, companies often go to the pinks to save money (on filings...not required there ya know)...and for these pennystocks...the money they save is a lot for them (a couple hundred thousand a year in time and expenses...that's my guestimate).
