Exactly ! They wouldn't. But criticizing the management of a company that has failed to perform after a decade in business is hardly interfering with a business relationship.
In fact, if the stories posted here about past GOSY relationships are even partly true, it seems Spencer has done more to harm his potential partnerships than anyone else.
It should be quite an interesting discovery when those entities that tried to work with GOSY previously are deposed. My guess is they aren't going to say that everything was going well until the read the ihub message board.

Is it really possible that out of the 1308 supposed (Reported) shareholders for 09/10, that 3-0r-4 on a message board are going to change the course of such "First Tier" tech?

less than 15 people active here, all other boards for Gosy except Y- seem totally dead.

Does anyone really believe that Sprint, Dell and all the others are going to be turned away by a few annonymous posts on ihub?

Maybe there is an internal issue at Gosy? imo

I don't think it's a matter of interference, more of a matter of holding the CEO accountable for his actions. His actions/inactions/statements etc. affect investors' money. They have the right to criticize when they experence nothing but LOI.
