we feel the responsibility as fellow shareholders to provide our DD to our peers and temper their expectations so they are not grossly disappointed when the pps doesn't "fly" as others say. Disappointed investors dump, and I believe we did our part as now everyone is saying they will remain patient.

We appreciate your time and efforts into the DD that you have provided to the board, unfortunately, anyone can spin bits and pieces of the 8k to their favor and positions they hold. I, imo, feel this was a great business deal as I have laid out in many post. SurgLine is setting themselves up for a very successful and bright future in the med supplies sector. As mentioned in the 8K, they feel they must be a big dog to compete with the big dogs. When up agains such strong corporations such as J&J. By SL holding the majority of the SS, they are protected from hostile takeovers from such organizations, such as J&J.

Also, if you and your pal, JAP, feel like SL will dump all their shares that are being held by insiders, that would be bad business, esp at the level where we are trading currently. With the new OS and insiders holding 92.5% of it, that would leave us at a float near 500mill. Basically, untouched. So, like I said, we can all put our interpretations down in a post, and having discussions about them to come up with a best fit answer is should be the way we post. But, unfortunately, you and your pal, agrue and scream the sky is falling, when virtually, it's not. This stock will move, im pretty sure of it. I really havent seen much of a sell of in the past couple days of trading. MM's are betting against us and I can tell cause i've been watching L2 and trade activity.

When you said "we feel the responsibility as fellow shareholders " So is there an organization of investors/shareholders that have a goal to take on the responsibility to watch out for us investors from the so called and misleading pumpers in the messages board world??

Not trying to be funny, just saying if one is truly pointing out information that implys negative info, dont you think 1 or 2 post would be enough about the same info and move on ??. why waste anymore of your time ?? if your positive about something and you have a stake in it I understand posting several times but if not why post over and over and over again the negative views unless you have another motive . How far does ones feelings of responsibility go?? me personally if I was that disappointed in a company I would sell my shares and move on and not look back with nothing more to comment about.
But thats just me.
