theres really nothing to prove that SLV is a scam or won't deliver the same returns from major silver miners, silver price, gold price etc. all i can think right at the moment is if a major bank fails or JP morgan or Blackrock announce tremendous losses etc. obamas new stimulus will just push this even higher!
