This is a PIPE, they have to exit because they are essentially borrowing the money they are lending. It will finally become due and YA will no other option. They can't delay the ineviatble forever. If they can't take a profit, they have to take the tax loss.

You can't complain about YA funding and not wish the end is near. Take your choice.
