Since some of you wanted me to defend what I posted, I stand what I posted previously. I just wish people post more substance on this board, I love different opinions or ideas. I wish people can contribute something worth to read rather than the RB type personal attacks or BS. I'm tired of RB board and tired of bashers. Remember, we are here to make MONEY.

(1) I said "The OS is 280 mil shares, however, many of these shares are being held by a few venture capitals (20-30%)."

Lincolin Ventures alone owns 20% of the company, SWARTZ owns at least another 10%. And the following individuals own a big chunk of the company:

Caplan, Stan 6,296,130 2.31%
Daniels, Richard 4,895,862 1.59%
Gabourel, Victor 4,500,915 1.17%
Hawk Associates Inc. 2,122,496
Lincoln Ventures LLC 82,730,918 17.73%
Mt Savage Productions 1,000,000
Opperman, Wayne 5,985,000
Nunes, Daniel 1,127,233
Yen, Tony 500,000
Zolin, James 6,195,408 1.86%

(2) I said "Now they only have $3.5 mil debt remaining, I bet these debt holders want to convert to shares before this stock takes off. If you're a debt holder and you know the revenue is going to roll in quickly, wouldn't you want to convert the debt to more shares while it is cheap? Wouldn't you worry about the company is going to pay off debt first when they have the income to roll in next month? "

The company and debtholders have just done that. Per the master agreement filed last night, the company paid off these debtholders. Lincoln Ventures, SWARTZ, and all these debtholders have either accepted the cash payments (over $2 million dollars in cash) or took an equity (22 million to Lincoln and 12 mil shares for SWARZ).

I believe the company is now almost debt-free.

(3) I said, "Judging by PTSC's trading volume and the price movement for the past weeks and months, the actual trading float is VERY small, maybe 20-30 mil shares. In several cases, a 5000 shares buy pushed it up 5-7%. You won't see it happens to a stock with a large trading float. "

I am talking about the 'ACTUAL TRADING FLOAT", it is different from the "FLOAT". The numbers of shares PTSC holders are willing to sell in a price trading range. Besides institution holders, for example, if no individual wants to sell below 0.30, these other millions of shares are not in the "ACTUAL TRADING FLOAT".

It is impossible to know the intentions of all the market participants. There maybe daytraders who buy and sell several times a day, There maybe long-term investors who are holding their shares and not trading at all. This is their own business, I don't care. But their actions or no actions are shown on the volume and price.

I use the past price and volume to determine the 'ACTUAL TRADING FLOAT". I have my own formula to calculate it. You can use any other indicators to buy or sell stocks, but "ACTUAL TRADING FLOAT" is the killer indicator I use to determine the short-term stock movements in a given price range.

Absolute bottom formation and absolute top formation always contain a single "TRADING FLOAT" turnover with a valid breakout trading point . In addition, single trading float turnover with a vaild trading point can be found at consolidation areas at any price levels.

PTSC's trading float is very easy to figure out by looking at its price/volume, top and bottom in the past three months.

Let me give you an easy way to understand it. Imagine two groups of investors. One very savvy group I'll call "the smart money folks" and the less than savvy, and I'll call them the "losing money crowd". Now picture PTSC had gone down from $0.29 to 0.07. The company had a temporary setback due to the dismiss of Higgins in the Moore lawsuit. The losing money crowd is - yes, losing money. They bought at the wrong time and were selling at ehw wring time. Intead of buying low and selling high, they bought high and sold low. The very act of their selling drove the price lower, and they're bailing out becuase they fear the price was falling lower.

While this was happening, the smart money folks evaluated the company's fundamental value, they belived the company has a primising future and the lower price merely means that the stock is going on sale as a fantastic bargain-bastment price. Now just for the sake of this story, let's pretend that the smart money folks are able to accumulate the entire TRADING float, let's say as they are buying it, the stock price goes sidways in a trading range of 0.07 to 0.10. The smart money folks have now taken an excellent position and control the ownership of the entire float. As expected, PTSC's temporary setup passes, and because the smart money folks are holding all tradable shares, the price begins to rise back for 100%. From a technical point of view, the smart money folks have become a base of support from which prices will rise.

(4) I said "Right now, I believe the trading float is even smaller, I know several individuals got a total of 2 million shares for the past week."

Read my board, several people followed me became millionaires in the past year, don't you think they have no money to buy $200K worth of a stock with a such a great potential? If you could afford to buy 10000 shares, doesn't mean others cannot afford to buy a million shares.
