That is a number from June 2010. I would bet the company files to reduce the A/S. No way, no how this could see a float like you suggest and stay in the doubles. IMHO they reduce the A/S before any of the fear being spread happens.....JMHO....I will take tha calculated risk here over the reported A/S.

I have also been working on three different stand-alone projects, each one of which would generate significant revenues for GARB immediately. This mean no more dilution.

Funding is due within 3 to 6 weeks. jmo this means no more dilution.
