Tu shay. Those are good facts and the market is evolving. But another fact is that O/S have significantly increased and debt continues to increase.

Bottom line is no matter how much they are moving forward, how much the market is evolving, how well they've adapted to the changes or how they've doubled their own revenue...until they fix these internal issues or reach a break even piont any success they have is going to be converted to success of another entity, at a heavily discounted price.

There's a lot of water to tread to even break even

The doors close if you can't pay the bills, and all the efforts go out the door.

As i understand, our financing structure was assembled I a strange way. I was structured in a way that, some how, which I do not understand, the share price is a liability to our balance sheet.
In other words, a high share price shows very negatively in our balance sheet.
I do not see any reason where this company would feel very enticed to have the share price explode.
It is my opinion that the share price will remain nice and low, and very little news will be forthcoming until this burden is out of our back.

I would love if an accounting Guru could explain this clearly to everyone here so we could all relax once and for all.

What you say is just about the best words that showed up on this board since QRs only started really moving in 2011, and our earnings already doubled.

These buds here keep hoping for a 1999 buble where the share price keeps rising without earnings, since up until now this company, LIKE ALL OTHERS, has been trying to sell a product into a market that does not exist, and all they could have done was to usher in, build, this this market.

Now that the market is finally moving, we are starting to see progress in our earnings, and when our debt is finally out of the way, we will finally see the reaction on our share price.

For the moment, by all these campaigns with these big names and licensing deals that seem to be secret, we should take Confort in the fact that management and the company are active.
