The Dow is down 316. I guess we're lucky to be at 1.23. If Lytle says one more time how great and cost effective the ATM is, I'll punch him. He should be fired for not getting their finances in order back in April/May, a historically strong period for PPHM and biotechs in general. So they're going after more institutional investors? They'll want in at 1.11 too.

WH, IMO, the raising of questions on the conference call creates personal accountability, since questioner disclosure is required. If parties are just interested in test ballooning ideas or venting their emotions on this message board, it makes sense that there is little interest in mainstreaming concerns in a forum where there is personal accountability. I, for one, take note as to who asks what question, what affiliations they carry and the significance the question carries for doing my own "forward looking" projections. Presuming others do the same, I can understand why those who post on this board would hesitate getting personally engaged with a profile before the financial community.

Recall that I raised some questions on this board for group discussion that delved into the mechanisms through which Bavi works as it interacts with SOC, anti-viral treatment for an enveloped virus like HCV. The line of logic through discussions led to conjecture about how Bavi has a unique role for enhancing treatment effectiveness. My preference is to work through such discussions on the board, so that posters can share what they know, presuming that PPHM would not be at liberty to speculate about what their treatments might or might not accomplish.

Board posts about about ulterior motives for management actions, issuance of options, motives driving private investor interests in PPHM, short interest, technical trading patterns, partnering speculation, trial design meaning and such can be on topic if they don't delve into personal exchange with posters or redirect focus to not discussing of PPHM, the stock, but they are borderlineish....

Best wishes and IMo.

I have called and emailed mgmt and IR numerous times and gave my phone number, name, address and amount of shares I had and not once have they returned my call or answered my emails so get off your high horse and charade! If they don't have enough character to answer you one on one then in my opinion they must
think what they are doing is wrong.

How can you possibly justify the latest financing deal? All imo.
