It's very clear to me that "someone" is leaving critical information out on purpose as some type of scare tactic. I guess that's what happens when you have longs and shorts playing together. But even as a Long, I'm going to recognize and discuss things that may not appeal to me either. Now if I could only find what that is when I go through this 8k...
I'd be REALLY careful of going short on this company with a reverse merger coming up and OMG... a name change that will FORCE a physical accounting of all shares. Can you say "YIKES" for the shorts? Hold on to every single share you have when that baby happens!!
