Matter of fact they do have the funds, and that is a great point. However, in my experience in supporting accounting there are many fools who have trusted accountants to do their jobs, or sometimes things just are not processed correctly in accounting as they get misplaced, or forgotten about. Why. Well these things happen for many reasons. The management is focused on business at hand and it is not accounting, as that is not their department. How many of us have seen a electrician, plumber, or construction vehicle headed down the road with receipts all over their dash board. Crazy, stupid, yes. It does not mean that these individuals don't know how to get their jobs done, right, and on schedule. It just means that they are lacking the administrative skills of managing expenses, and reporting them. Of course I believe that these things are caught on, and thus management steps in and fixes the problems. It can happen to a company at any stage, and SNEY has addressed these issues as we have seen they hired a new team.
