there is no OTCBB any more the OTCmarkets web site describes things pretty well

YESDE is now "pink Limited" http://www.otcmarkets.com/companies-advisors/otc-pink-limited and in 60 days could become pink no-information. (financials would be 6 months old).

Not sure where caveat emptor status has gone - I always liked that with the skull and cross bones.

It is a sad story I just do not know how much of JN's releases to believe given their failure to deliver on any product.
