I think that the bottom line is this. Jim is sitting on all news until he finds out from his attorney if there is anything he can do to protect against the shorters.

Also, if he has not paid OTC then putting any news out is pointless to share holders anyway.

I am gleaning this from his e mail. But still JMO.
