Stocks-o, I believe the last filing showed the stock strucutre as Authorized down to 200 mil from the 250 mil it had been forever and 131 mil o/s with 113 mil restricted leaving the float at appx 18 mil. You can also look at the IBOX at the top of this thread and see those numbers had really never changed for years.
Dilution has NEVER been an issue here IMO. However, I would suggest checking with the new T/A and seeing what they tell you.
