I was told that the "deal has had several twists and turns that don't involve us but affect our closing".

He said these should be resolved soon and then the deal will close. When?? LOL. Hopefully with enough time left to punch a few holes this year.

I always try to look on the bright side of things. This has been a very good year for me, and I would prefer to have capital gains next year. That's what I think when I am crying myself to sleep. :-)


BTW, I forgot to ask if the wildfires in Kern county are impacting us at all.
