This is one of the stupidest statements I've ever seen ---- "The initial analysis of the acquisition indicates that the purchase price less assets is approximately two times historical net revenue of a business". Oh, so goodwill is only 2x revenue? Did they mention how much were the "historic net revenues", how about the actual purchase price or the assets? Obviously, anyone still involved in QASP knows they got hosed by scammers, and the future is a repeat of the past.
