Is it the same situation, where funds are available, potential uplist, stock value is higher than current value, projects are in line, and on top of all these an awesome technology?

Let's qualify some issues. Did that stock have the following:
- Proven technology? Something that could easily become an economic staple? This technology was fully operational before they went to market
- Financial backing? To secure $23M in financing is not a venture for a novice. The company providing that backing knows the industry well enough to make such a significant move to support a company like this one.
- Customer commitment? PG&E is one of the largest power utilities in the country. To have any agreements to supply for them, one would think that there needs to be significant business plans in place for them to even consider being a part of their business. How these current projects materialize is key because we can be certain that other power utilities nationally and internationally are watching.
Hence, these some of the reasons that this company is or will eventually be in good standing even with a RS. This investment will require patience. You may want to consider buying more shares. I believe that this is going to do very well. Hang in there! JMO.
