alright, he had to go but i got him for a minute and he was WITH richard lagani, they were working on a presentation for the health care IT and investor forum etc.

ok, from what i understood, its a special purpose health care entity, formed to manage collections, as well as 'revenue management services for surgery centers and hospitals' and they are also somehow connected to 1800 get thin (still working on it) and services like MMR's.

i did get a good quote, 'this is the first laying down of railroad tracks, and the train hasnt left the station';

i asked him if any of this was related to earlier releases, and as i expected, this has nothing to do with spalding or any of that stuff, they never even met each other until earlier this year.

i got a lead im digging up, ill post further when i confirm my info.
