Paul, your post is very balanced and

I have been talking with a number of trucking agents of roadways, swift etc. Nobody that I have talked to knows anything about Veltex Transportation except one fellow name Jack Osborne in Tenn. This guy told me that he happened to know a little about one Andy and an Indian truck driver name Gil. I was told that Gil own two trucks and that has nothing to do with Veltex and this guy is always looking for hauls from CAat a cut rate.

With 25+ experience in trucking business I can assure you'll. This is not a good time to enter trucking business.

Like it or not, I "now" trust basher guru on raging bull. I am glad I did not buy vlvt but my old lady did. ($500 worth)

Paul,
I agree with your concerns 100%.

I've been holding back for way too long...so here goes...

share dilution is the only thing that has REALLY bothered me about this company. There is no LOGICAL reason for this share dilution.
If you've got such a great business plan, why dilute???
If you've got cash on hand and 11,000,000 assetts, little debt, and a good business person in charge, YOU WOULD FIRST seek a low interest loan!!
Plenty out there that would give such a loan to a company with such a great balance sheet, right...
If you've got the cash, go ahead and pay for the audit FIRST.
What's the hurry, your company has been silent for 2 or so yrs.
Doesn't add up. Still a speculative stock.
I GUESS it's POSSIBLE (anything's possible) that the cash is tied up in Bangladesh, but if that's true, there has to be other alternatives to rasing cash...I think the deal with DUFF included 1M shares (or maybe a little more) --- sure hope she didn't already sell here shares....

If management really wants this stock price to appreciate, they better start taking some night classes.

Duff is a real disappointment (if she's very involved with this stock --- I've read some articles written by her (can be found online) where she warns about .coms making lots of mistakes while trying to grow to fast --- she should read her own articles --- that is if she is advising...

My big fear now is...Even if they are legit...this stock may never appreciate as it should because they will find a way to drop the ball....
Still holding and waiting...
Will still probably buy a little more, but I am losing confidence.

Also. Management 101 (or should that be grade school management) says --- set goals and deliver ahead of date...

They are 11 days behind on the 2nd purchase of trucks...don't say your going to do something, and then NOT do it...that makes you either a poor estimater, or a poor executer...and I don't know which is the worse flaw...I do know that neither one of these attributes will appreciate your companies stock...

One other thing...Company should be FORTHCOMING about the share dilution. to allow for the data to still reflect mid 20's million shares in most RECENT articles and web sites is bordering on --- dare I say it ---
There, I'm done...I will now try to be silent for a while...

Sorry If I am being too negative -- just let me know...
