The LLEG home page reports the following about the Berlin project after financing has be secured and LLEG has received their final payment:
Laidlaw also has an ongoing role in the project as certain of its principals provide executive management services to Laidlaw Berlin Biopower, LLC pursuant to certain Management Services Agreements.
I don't know if you realize this, but Laidlaw is no longer involved in the Berlin Station project.
As you can see Brungy the perception has morphed. One now has cheers of steel toes scaling scaffolds. Next up with be a story about the mayor of Berlin having a site barbeque, or reports of new construction equipment etc. How this blur translates into more than a $3.5M payment is unknown.
All those who stay intouch with the company development know that LLEG kick-start this Berlin projects and work in getting the Site permit & all necessary documents ready, including linking/finding up the financing stuffs portion. They have their stake in this project CASH IN with this financing closed!!! Indeed, likelyhood they will not be involved in this project after receiving their SALE stakes.
