No police department will go through that work which is why there is NIJ. An individual won't be able to afford testing a plate at $900 each.

NIJ is BORK's chance to make their ballistic statement. They can advertise their specs as being better than the next level 3....but not that it can stop anymore.

The cracking comparison to ceramic or the shattering will all be fair game of course. It will be a matter if a police officer believes the risk of dropping his plate and cracking it is worth up to $600 a plate.

I think that is why people are concerned about the weight of the FAT BOY compared to other level III plates as weight would have been a very good differentiator in the market. Without differentiators in the market the big boys will clean our clock.

We will already be at a tough price point on plates as our production will be low, costing more per unit. Raw materials will be expensive as we build up needs and volume pricing.

Yes and that's why they tested side by side in Ft Bragg - to show Us vs Them. Look for more of those coming up and videos on items on the website within a few days, maybe on a new looking site....

I think someone (me) mentioned about selling Level 3 vs 4 about a week ago and how that is where the market is first. I also mentioned to someone at the company regarding when the other levels will be submitted(which I also posted earlier today) and shazaam-how do you think it ended up on Facebook today....

Caveat is more than ever coming as a directive straight from the guy at the top now, who sees the importance of clearing it and getting a clean rating so more can invest and help the share price, which helps strengthen outside views on strength of the company (only a component, but important), which helps more people to come on board and know about the product, etc, etc.

I think thats about it for now...
