#43736 RE: GENEO1 #43735

Hey Geneo.

What it said is that he doesn't want the plumber ta tell him the truth so he makes up what he needs. HLNT does the same thing. See a pattern dude? I'm the guy that asked ECMH ta call HLNT. There was no talk of a merger or money. Webber made that very clear. Didn't add or take from the conversation. Didn't say anythin negative about Coats or HLNT Don't think he cares one bit except that I emailed and asked his recollection. None of the conversation had a damn thing ta do with me except that I wanted ta hear the response when a positive testin enviroment was offered. It would have been nothin but good for HLNT. Now dudes are postin whatever they need ta make up ta take the attention off the SHAM ya got goin at HLNT. That's the bottom line fellas. All that postin about ask HLNT this and ask HLNT that and no one dude here wants Coats ta give his side. That just says it all. Your turn.

Hi PD

That conversation took place over a year ago. I talked with the company CEO. His first name was Chad.

Our conversation lasted only about 10 mins. I explained our business to Chad, my personal work with fuels and fuel combinations such as gasoline / hydrogen gas, diesel etc. and our testing capabilities. I believe I also shared some test results I've had in testing hho injected gasoline engines and the programing of liquid/gas fuel combinations.

Chad told me he was not the person to talk to about technology. He said others there had more technical knowledge about the fuel but were bound by an NDA with a company in China. He also mentioned that someone associated with the company had a past history with and knowledge of rotary engines. He said he'd have that person call me if allowed to do so under the NDA terms. I never heard back from anyone at the company.

As mentioned, it's was a short conversation. There was no discussion about joint ventures, mergers or any investments in either our company or theirs. It was an introductory type conversation that took place at your request.

Scott
