Mammoth does not OWN CLIL! That is not the way it is setup. Please go back and review exactly how CLIL and MMTE are associated.

CLIL is setup as a separate entity which can leave MMTE as a no value shell that served one purpose. I'll give you one guess as to what that purpose is!

Ummm... no, not so much.... I suggest going back and reading the press releases for clarification. CLIL has but a few remaining "ties" to MMTE, IMHO.

I mean seriously, so Disney owns espn, so if espn makes money guess what so does disney. Same thing here. They are a subsidiary of the parent company.
