I haven't done this yet, just takin their word for it, But Tomorrow I'll just work my way through the maze of Customer Service, CS Managers, Traders, Risk Management and a few others.

BTW does anyone use thinkorswim? TDA Has bought them and they use Penson. There may be a connection; or not.
