Interesting. At least we know the current POR which considers us worthless wont make it through, the FDIC and judge Pamela wont let it. Only leaves room for a POR with current commons for full NOL's utilization and trust preferreds exchange debt for new shares to maximize value. Sound good?

Thanks for the post . Elaborated on some of the items discussed in court on 9/27. With approval of the Plan the FDIC lost some of their strength,imo.
