#29954 RE: DrMG #29931

<<the best product do not always win & there can be found a million example of a substandard product that sell more than a better product. >>

Now these are good points...but think critically. Ask things like... why would this NOT apply to KBLB?

When the science is so advanced and clearly recognized by many different professions or something that has virtually unlimited possibilities as seen by the many University academics attempting to get to where KBLB has already gone.....that might be an indicator. The fact that one of those academics recently grabbed some of KBLB's cocoons to complete a recent endeavor, should tell you that we have something or can make it cheaper, simpler, or better than anyone else.

We are/will be the only ones that can produce SSP economically.

The need/market is already defined and currently unmet. There is simply nothing that will come close. Properties of woven SSP are known and desired. It will be cheaper to make than carbon fiber. We already know it is stronger and can be made in varying levels of strength, flexibility, etc

Is the saying "the best product do not always win" the rule or the exception? The fact that you used the phrase "does not always" automatically means that you are talking about an exception to the rule, that the better products win.....most times. So in assessing risk, you do not stop because you might be the exception. You should operate on the premise that you should come out the winner because that is mostly the way things are. The risk is low.
