Actually the OS is greater than 1.5B, last time anyone was able to get an answer from TA it was 1.55B, now the TA is gagged(company policy or not they are gagged) and the company won't tell shareholders what the current OS is. So for all we know the AS could be max and we could be looking at 3B OS. Joe has diluted and has admitted he is.
